Over the past 17 years of performing bodywork, the wisdom and beauty of the human body have taught me more than I could have ever imagined, the power of healing touch humbles me every day, and the gifts I receive from giving are innumerable. As a 5th generation Montanan, I care deeply about the wellbeing of my clients and community. I believe that we are all on a journey guiding us towards better health.  Sometimes that guidance comes in the form of gentle nudges and sometimes it comes in the form of life-altering jolts, but no matter what, every experience offers an opportunity to learn.

I believe that massage offers a unique opportunity to learn about the body and the way we inhabit it.  My role as a therapeutic massage therapist is to listen to you and your body, to help you slow down enough to hear, feel, and connect deeply with yourself. That is where healing begins.

ALL BODIES ARE WELCOME ON MY TABLE

I will do my very best to help you feel comfortable and safe, always.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT A SESSION

To get the most out of your appointment,
give yourself at least 2
-3 hours total for the entire experience.

*  Please note that new client sessions are 2 hours *

Before my arrival, schedule enough time to slow down, breathe, and connect with your body using whatever connective practices you are aligned with.  This will allow you to enter your session present and ready to receive.

At the time of your appointment, I will arrive at your home and will spend anywhere from 15-30 minutes preparing the space, getting acquainted, and talking about your needs, health history, or any other pertinent information from your intake form.  To save time, feel free to fill out an intake form before my arrival! To do so, simply visit the FORMS tab. If you don't have time or a printer, no worries, I'll bring one.

I will also ask you to think about an intention for our time together. Each session is unique depending on what you need, physically and emotionally, in that moment.  Setting an intention gives you the opportunity to participate in how the experience unfolds from the very beginning.

Once you are comfortably settled on the table, the rest of our time will unfold in an intuitive way as we work together to unwind and release tension patterns. We will explore using breath, stretching, rocking, holding, along with a variety of modalities to facilitate release.

At the end of your session, we may spend some time talking about the experience. However, words are not always available or necessary in the moment, so we can always wait until the next day to chat.

Remember, you deserve to be treated with kindness!  Schedule yourself extra time to slowly come back into all of the tasks and responsibilities that await you, your body will thank you.
